Couldn’t agree more, the more #data the more #KPIs to track on “something” that might be important…just think about it, is that “thing” really important? Is that #DataPoint really crucial for your #business or is just more useless noise??? Think about the #problem you MUST articulate first and the questions you should ask and solve for then if that makes sense and can be validated then formulate a #hypothesys then identify the right #datasources that will give you the answers, direction or trends… then just track on them…is not #Rocketscience is more like a #CommonSense isn’t it?
